Creating wealth through proactive tax planning.
Bev Labbate is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She received her accounting designation in 1993. It was her prior experience working within a small family owned business that showed Bev the value of a qualified financial professional and the frustrations involved in not having resources and experience needed to efficiently manage the variety of financial obligations in budgeting, reporting, financing and tax planning.
This moved Bev to start her own accounting firm back in the early 1990’s offering services to small and medium sized corporations, businesses who don’t have the resources for a full time Chief Financial Officer or Financial Controller.
Bev has since served on the Board of Directors for the CPA/CGA Ontario Ottawa Chapter including 5 years as Chapter Chair. She has also served as Treasurer of Make-A-Wish Foundation of Eastern Ontario for 10 years and as a member of the National Finance Committee for Make-A-Wish Foundation Canada from 2010 to 2015.
About The Firm
Bev believes that tax planning is about more than filing your tax return on time. Your accountant should be there throughout the year to help you develop and implement ongoing business and tax planning strategies, to minimize taxes paid and create wealth.
